Creamy White Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Cannellini beans
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill and Parsley work great)
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Drain beans. Add to food processor with garlic and juice of the lemon. Blend for one minute, then slowly drizzle in oil. Fold in optional herbs; serve immediately or let chill overnight.
