Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, salt the chicken, then coat the chicken in the chili powder and flour (you may have some left over powders, that’s okay). Place the chicken in your air fryer and spray with non stick spray. Cook at 400 deg F for 20 minutes.** Make sure it hits 165 deg F.
  2. As chicken cooks, combine honey, hot sauce, pepper flake, and a pinch of salt in a small pot. Heat until it bubbles and set aside.
  3. Make a sandwich with the cooked chicken drizzled with sauce. I’m not going to tell you how to make a sandwich. I believe in you.
Recipe Notes

*My chili powder:

2 tablespoons guajillo chile powder
2 tablespoons ancho chile powder
1 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper

** No air fryer? No problem. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it starts to shimmer. Place chicken breasts in skillet and don’t touch for 6-7 minutes minutes. Flip chicken and cook another ~6 minutes or until 165.
