  1. In the biggest bowl you have, combine the milk, coffee, and pudding mix. Stir to combine. Then gently fold in whipped cream, vanilla, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and chili powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Once set, top with sliced strawberries and serve.
