  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season chops with salt, pepper, and paprika and place into large (non stick sprayed/oiled) baking dish.
  2. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 deg F. Once done, remove chops from pan and deglaze pan with garlic and vinegar. Whisk in honey, parsley, dijon, and capers until a light sauce forms. Serve over the chops, best with a side of roasted vegetables.
