Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. in a large bowl, toss shrimp in oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet (the bigger the better). Roast until the shrimp turns fully pink, 8-10 minutes.
