South Florida Cuban Pizza Recipe

Cuban Pizza

For this Cuban pizza recipe, don’t think ham, pickles, and mustard. Think of a wonderful Neapolitan style pie with a Cuban flair. The sauce, extremely tangy with spices and lemon. The cheese, gouda, strong and sharp. Toppings are as wild as you can imagine; try cooked chorizo and pickled onions for a home run.
