Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless chuck roast
  • 1 envelope au jus mix
  • 1 envelope ranch powder
  • 4 pepperoncini (plus 1/4 cup brine)
  • 1 large onion , sliced thin
  • 2 cups unsalted beef stock

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a slow cooker set on high. Cook for 4-6 hours or until beef is tender.
