In your stand mixer or large bowl, combine water, sugar, oil, flour, yeast, and salt. Gently combine and mix on medium for 5 minutes.
Transfer dough to a large bowl (sprayed with non-stick will help) and let rise on the counter for 1 hour.
Preheat oven or stone to 425 deg F. Roll out the pizza into a 12” pizza with no lip on the pizza. Run the sauce, cheese, then toppings all out to the edge of the pizza. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until bubbly and awesome.
