Cut the ribs into serving-size portions and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the seasoned ribs in a large baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure to coat each one evenly.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely browned and caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving, then enjoy!

Note: You can also grill the ribs for an even smokier flavor. Simply preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the ribs for 10-12 minutes per side, basting with the sauce every few minutes.
