  • 1 Cup Silken Tofu
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill


  • Combine tofu and vinegar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Remove sauce from blender, stir in spices. Serve immediately, though is better the next day.
