Dairy & Mayo Free Tartar Sauce

  • 1 cup Silken Tofu
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickles
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 lemon


  • Zest lemon, set aside. Combine tofu and juice of the lemon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Remove sauce form blender, fold in pickles (chopped), capers, dill, lemon zest, and a few grinds of pepper. Serve immediately.
