Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup hot sauce (vinegar-based work best here)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced or grated

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in hot sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire, whisking until smooth. Simmer on low for another minute to let the flavors meld.
  • Use immediately or keep warm until ready to toss with wings.
