Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Dice onion and mince garlic. In a large saucepan over low heat, sweat with a heavy pinch of salt and pepper, 6-7 minutes. As the veggies sweat, chop parsley.
Add onion and garlic to very large bowl. Fold in turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup ketchup, and parsley. Loosely mix to combine, and spoon into greased muffin tins (you’ll yield around 12 loaves). Bake for ~15 minutes.
In separate bowl, combine hot sauce, Worchestershire Sauce, and remainder of ketchup. After the 15 minutes, glaze tops of loaves. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 deg F. Serve along side a roasted veggie (like the shown Brussels Sprouts).
