Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 deg F. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the oil and salt. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven until the edges are just brown and crispy, about 15 minutes, checking after 10 for doneness. Garnish with lemons like the stock photo optional.
