Dairy & Mayo Free Tartar Sauce

- 1 cup Silken Tofu
- 1/3 cup sweet pickles
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 lemon
Zest lemon, set aside. Combine tofu and juice of the lemon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Remove sauce form blender, fold in pickles (chopped), capers, dill, lemon zest, and a few grinds of pepper. Serve immediately.
