Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
