Ingredients

  • 1 pound non-frozen cod filets
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Put 1 inch of water in the bottom of a large pot and bring to a boil. Place fish into the steamer basket, then place the basket into the pot. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes, looking for 145 deg F.
  • When fish is finished, remove from steamer basket onto a plate. Slightly sprinkle with the salt and a squeeze of lemon.
