  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Cut the ribs into serving-size portions and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place the seasoned ribs in a large baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure to coat each one evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely browned and caramelized.
  • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving, then enjoy!

Note: You can also grill the ribs for an even smokier flavor. Simply preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the ribs for 10-12 minutes per side, basting with the sauce every few minutes.
