  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 chili peppers seeded and minced (I used one serrano and one jalapeno)
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add the minced chili peppers, minced garlic, lime juice, and ground cumin. Stir everything together until the ingredients are fully combined and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. When you're ready to serve, transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with pita, tortilla chips or your favorite veggies for dipping.
