Ingredients

  • 3 pounds salmon , skin on
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Aluminum foil
  • Non stick spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place baking sheet into oven to preheat at this time.
  • Spray a baking sheet sized piece of foil with the non stick spray. Season the foil with 1/4 of the salt, then arrange the salmon skin side down in a single layer, then seasoning with remaining salt. Carefully place on the pre-heated baking sheet and roast until 135 deg F, 12-14 minutes.
