Minute Ranch Dressing
- 1 Cup Silken Tofu
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
- Combine tofu and vinegar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Remove sauce from blender, stir in spices. Serve immediately, though is better the next day.
