Ingredients
- 1 batch cooked quinoa (3 cups cooked)
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 15 ounces canned chickpeas
- 1 batch lemon/dill sauce
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
Instructions
- Peel and dice cucumbers, and halve tomatoes. Drain chickpeas.
- Toss all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Chill for one hour and serve,
