Creamy White Bean Dip
- 2 Cans Cannellini beans
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill and Parsley work great)
- 1 Lemon
- Drain beans. Add to food processor with garlic and juice of the lemon. Blend for one minute, then slowly drizzle in oil. Fold in optional herbs; serve immediately or let chill overnight.
