Restaurant quality hummus (if not better) made in minutes. Super easy to make this five minute hummus at home. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, and buy extra pita. You’ll need it.

Five Minute Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  • Place peeled clove of garlic into food processor. Mince.
  • Once garlic minced, add in chickpeas, tahini, juice of the lemon, and salt. Pulse until very thick, 1 minute.
  • Scrape down the sides, and slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until combined. Add in water until desired consistency (I like mine thick). Chill or serve immediately.
