Chimichurri Sauce

I adore chimichurri sauce. From grilled meat (it’s best friends with skirt steak), to roasted veggies and everywhere in between, its the LBD of sauces.

Shop it:

1 cup packed Italian parsley
1/3 cup scallion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Red wine or sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flake
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Make it:

Place garlic into blender or mortar & pestle. Mince. Add in vinegar, parsley, and scallion. Process and slowly add in olive oil. Once oil is added, add in pepper flake, oregano, salt and pepper to combine. Serve immediately.
