Coffee Granita

There’s no wrong way to consume coffee, but this Coffee Granita is certainly one of my top methods. Slightly sweet, very coffee forward, and a nice changeup from the traditional iced coffee. This method foregos the scraping found in most recipes, because, cards on the table, modern blenders do a great job crystalizing the coffee dessert. Serve chilled with a little whipped cream for maximum awesome.
