  • 1 pound broccoli rabe , trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  • In a large bowl, toss broccoli rabe with oil, garlic powder, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Set oven/air crisper to 350 degrees. Air crisp for 6 minutes, or roast for 10.
