Caraway Broccoli Rabe
- 1 pound broccoli rabe , trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli rabe with oil, garlic powder, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Set oven/air crisper to 350 degrees. Air crisp for 6 minutes, or roast for 10.
