Chickpea Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced

- 1 small cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup bean sprouts
