Restaurant quality hummus (if not better) made in minutes. Super easy to make this five minute hummus at home. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, and buy extra pita. You’ll need it.

Ingredients
- 3 cans chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Place peeled clove of garlic into food processor. Mince.
- Once garlic minced, add in chickpeas, tahini, juice of the lemon, and salt. Pulse until very thick, 1 minute.
- Scrape down the sides, and slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until combined. Add in water until desired consistency (I like mine thick). Chill or serve immediately.
