Healthy Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 boneless , skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small zucchini , diced
- 1 small yellow squash , diced
- 1 red bell pepper , diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
