This Maple Roasted Carrots recipe is simple. It is also very delicious. Pair with pork tenderloin, which is also delicious.
Maple Roasted Carrots
- 1 1/2 lb. carrots trimmed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Evenly pour carrots onto a large baking sheet and roast until dark brown, 25-30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
